Terms of service
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Our store
Pantrivelle is an online store operated by Savory Stack LLC. These terms apply to use of pantrivelle.shop and purchases through the store. Read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Orders
Please provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information. Orders are subject to payment verification and product availability. We may need to contact you to clarify information before dispatch.
If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund the affected unshipped items. We will not replace a purchased product with a different product without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout.
Payment services are provided through the payment providers available in our checkout. Do not send card details, passwords or verification codes to customer service.
Product information and use
Review each product's dimensions, materials, included components and care instructions before ordering. For cabinet, drawer and under-sink storage, measure available space, openings and plumbing clearances. Compatible item capacity depends on the size of the items being stored.
Scene accessories such as cookware, spice jars, utensils and cleaning tools are not included unless the product's included-items list specifically says otherwise. Screen settings and lighting may affect perceived colors.
Use products only for their stated purpose and follow supplied instructions. Do not assume dishwasher suitability, direct food-contact suitability, load capacity or heat resistance unless specifically stated for the purchased product.
If an item materially differs from its description, contact us for a resolution under our return policy and applicable law. These terms do not excuse misleading descriptions or remove remedies for defective goods.
Errors and changes
We may correct errors in website information. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact you before dispatch and offer a clear resolution, including cancellation and a refund when appropriate. We will not increase a confirmed order price without your agreement.
Shipping, returns and cancellations
Shipping charges, timing and delivery areas are described in our Shipping Policy. Return and exchange eligibility, free return shipping, refund timing and cancellation procedures are described in our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.
Website content and acceptable use
Website text, branding and images may be protected by intellectual property rights. Do not reproduce protected material without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Do not use this website for unlawful conduct, fraudulent orders, unauthorized access or activity that disrupts the store. Links to third-party sites, where provided, are governed by those sites' terms and privacy practices.
Consumer rights and updates
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version and date. Changes will not retroactively reduce the rights applicable to an order already placed.
